iphone, woot, and bacon salt

A few random thoughts for tonight:

iphone doing great so far, battery life is my main issue, but overall experience is turning me into an apple fanboy

Woot & Bacon Salt - Another woot off today and finally ordered the hopefully tasty bacon salt. There are some inventions that mankind can not top.

While you are waiting let's talk about coffee

Over the last few weeks I have read quite a few article surrounding coffee.  Some good, some bad and some very ugly.   Even though I'm not quite ready yet to discuss where I have been and what the future road looks like, perhaps a coffee discussion is in order. Ghost of coffee past Honestly I'm only a very recent coffee drinker.  My go-to drink in college was always Mountain Dew or Dr. Pepper.  As I got older and tried to lose weight I switched over to diet mountain dew or diet dr. pepper .   Part of the reason for this is that neither of my parents are coffee drinkers.  Honestly I  never new how to even make a pot of coffee until say I was in my thirties. Radio Silence

For the last three weeks, it feels like I have gone into radio silence mode without much explanation. I thought I blog real quick what has been personally happening with me so those of you following me know what's happening. For a quick recap let's review my 2010 so far: January 2010 - My son Zachary(2nd child) was born on the 12th. It's been a busy household adjusting to two kids February 2010 - Calm before the storm. We finally get into a routine with Zachary and Emily and life is flowing with the new normal. Little did I know that things would change again in about two weeks March 2010 The first big issue is that Zachary has bad reflux and is not gaining a lot weight and has a ton of spit up. We find out after his two month appointment. I end up taking a half day off work to help my wife deal with the reflux issues after his doctor appointment.
